Booking Your Big Day

Booking is by appointment only.
NOTICE: From 29th November 2011, we will no longer accept cheques as a method of
payment.
Payment methods accepted are: Cash
Online banking transfer
Bank transfer at your local bank
If transferring from your bank account, please be sure that you include your name and
wedding date on the details of the transfer. You should also check with you bank on how
long it will take for your payment to reach us.
You can book your event by using our Contact Us page. If you make a provisional booking your date is not secured until we have received your deposit and your signed booking form, it will only be held for 7 days.We will arrange a date and time to confirm the booking. If your arranged meeting time is less than 7 Days your booking date will be held until we have met and secured your booking deposit of 25%. Failure to place a deposit will re-open your date to others.
Viewing Appointments & Booking Appointments
You can view our work on our View Demo page, but if you would like a further viewing you can make an appointment to come and see us. We do not cater for call-out viewing appointments, nor do we send out demo DVDs. You can have your booking appointment at our Portadown base or at your home, or you can book by post. We will call out to your home on a booking appointment only, if you fail to book when a member of our
staff has called out, you will be charged a call-out fee of £75.00.
Confirmation Booking
On the day and time we have arranged for our first meeting, a 25% Deposit will be required to secure your booking. The deposit is Non-Refundable this covers administration costs and withholds your date from other customers.
Final Payment
Final payment for the full amount agreed needs to be paid in full 28 Days before the event takes place, (i.e. on the due date that we give you). If this payment is missed, we will cancel filming of your event without notice. We will give you a final payment date, payment will not be accepted after this date and your event will be cancelled. Final Payment is non-refundable after the 28 day period.
